I just wanted to say how happy we are with the rescue, we have now adopted meg ,she is amazing after all she has been through still loves people. She was a very scared dog still is to a certain degree but is changing all the time ,so glad we have her here with us ,we couldn’t have done this without the rescue & most importantly carol winter ,her support has been amazing could highly recommend them all .

Just wanted to write a testimonial for you as we are extremely pleased with the help and assistance you have provided, not just to us but to the wonderful dogs that you rescue. We found Sammy, our gorgeous tripod, through your Facebook page and fell in love. The adoption process was straight forward and Sharon was more than happy to answer any questions we had as well as making sure we were certain that we were ready for the commitment. Lockdown meant that we had a FaceTime home check which was good news that the process wasn’t put on hold. We were pleasantly surprised to receive travel updates when Sammy was travelling over to the UK as well as handy guides and tips to assist with settling him in. The process felt very organised and we felt completely supported by Sharon and Carol. We are still in touch and it’s nice to know we have people to reach out to with any questions. Thank you so much for all of the work you do and for saving so many beautiful dogs

It could have gone completely different if we didn’t have you, you knew he needed extra time & that has paid off tenfold now. My entire experience with rehoming my boy was amazing with you guys! It was so positive for me and the dog and would definitely adopt again! I was shocked to see in the transport chat some poor dogs just being dumped at their new homes.I really hope those poor souls are getting on OK!!!

I can totally back up what you say about your input, invaluable advice & totally being there to back up us new owners and our dogs with reassurance, advice etc etc. You helped us have a great start with Taz and didn’t let us just turn up and take him from you, you helped us wait, get him comfortable with us, furnished us with his blanket etc to help him settle & were there & still are there for us . I would recommend people to go through you xxx

I cannot praise Carol and her team highly enough. The care and the support we have been given has been amazing. I saw the pictures of dogs being dropped at their homes was absolutely horrendous. Thank you for showing us the right way

We had our Misha 14 moths ago , the process of bringing her to Uk was very caring .Romanian rescue Southwest are so supportive, Ive made lots of friends through the charity and can still ask questions about dog care , someone will always help me out . And the dogs are so loving . Loved the Christmas party
